Returns & Cancellations

We value your trust and strive to ensure you have a smooth experience with us. Due to the nature of personal care products and hygiene standards, our policy is strict. Please read carefully before placing an order.

 

Rules for Returns & Replacements

  • Refund or replacement is available only if the product is damaged, defective, or tampered upon delivery.

  • Please raise your request within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Clear product images

    • An unboxing video as proof

    • Email to hello@leoandpetra.com with Order ID.

  • Claims made after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

Non-Eligible Conditions

  • Opened, used, or tampered products (for hygiene reasons).

  • Dislike of fragrance, texture, or results.

  • Discounted/promotional items, gift boxes, or combos.

Verification & Approval

  • All return or replacement requests undergo strict quality checks.

  • Products will be verified for:

    • Correctness: Name, barcode, packaging, and MRP tag intact.

    • Completeness: All contents (manuals, freebies, combos).

    • Unused condition: Completely sealed and untampered.

  • If verification fails, the claim will be rejected and returned at your cost.

Replacement & Refund

  • Replacement is subject to stock availability and limited to one request per order.

  • If a replacement isn’t available, a refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Price difference (if any) will be issued as store credit.

  • Refunds are issued only after successful verification.

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be made in INR via your original payment method:

    • Credit/Debit Card → Same Card

    • Net Banking → Bank Account

    • UPI → UPI ID

    • Wallet/Gift Voucher → Wallet/Gift Voucher

  • If the original mode is invalid, an alternate method will be used.

  • We may request additional documents for verification before initiating refunds.

Please Note

We do not offer exchanges. Replacements are processed only for damaged or defective items. Refunds are subject to verification.

 

Hygiene & Fraud Policy

  • No return/refund/replacement will be provided if:

    • The product has been opened or used.

    • The claim is fraudulent or abusive.

  • Repeated return requests or suspicious activity may result in:

    • Permanent denial of returns/refunds

    • Pickup/restocking charges

    • Forfeiture of refunds in fraud cases

Customer Responsibility

  • Products mistakenly returned that do not belong to Fuzzy Peach Private Limited will not be stored, replaced, or returned.

  • The risk and cost of such items remain entirely with the sender.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please review your order before confirming to avoid errors.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • If a package is damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery for a full refund.

  • Cancellations are not allowed for personal reasons once confirmed.

  • We may cancel an order in case of stock unavailability, technical errors, or fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
