Orders are processed within 0–7 business days or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation.

We do not process or ship orders from Friday 12 PM IST through Sunday or on public holidays.

During high-order periods, processing may take longer. We’ll inform you by email or phone if delays occur.
Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines:

Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner norms.
Order Confirmation & Tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses & Refused Delivery:

Please provide accurate shipping details. If the address is invalid and cannot be updated, the order will be canceled and refunded.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for refused deliveries.
Missing or Stolen Packages:

If your order is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours.
