Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 0–7 business days or as per the delivery date agreed at order confirmation.
  

• We do not process or ship orders from Friday 12 PM IST through Sunday or on public holidays.
  

• During high-order periods, processing may take longer. We’ll inform you by email or phone if delays occur.
  
  

Shipping Charges & Delivery Timelines:

• Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout.
  

• Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner norms.
  
  

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  
  

Incorrect Addresses & Refused Delivery:

• Please provide accurate shipping details. If the address is invalid and cannot be updated, the order will be canceled and refunded.
  

• We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for refused deliveries.
  
  

Missing or Stolen Packages:

• If your order is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours.
